There is a zero tolerance policy for harassment, cruelty, or hateful speech. Participants who harass, threaten, demean, or otherwise harm the facilitator or other participants will be removed from the program without refund. Facilitator Lauren McCoy welcomes individuals of all ages, identities, and backgrounds — and affirms that the community has a zero-tolerance policy for expressions of white supremacy, sexism, classism, transphobia, homophobia, ableism, ageism, xenophobia, and other oppressions.

Facilitator Lauren McCoy acknowledges that she may be furnished with information relating to participants’ confidential information. She agrees not to disclose this confidential information unless required by law or court of order.

As a participant, you understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your own well-being during your coaching sessions or use of any digital downloads, and subsequently, your choices and decisions. As a participant, you hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge the facilitator from every claim, suit action, demand, or right to compensation for damages claimed that you may have arising out of your own acts or omissions, or acts and omissions of your facilitator as a result of any advice given otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.
