Let Go With Lo was the best investment I’ve made in myself yet! An important step in my personal growth that I’ll carry with me and refer back to for many years to come. Thank you, Lauren, for being amazing and modeling skills I didn’t even know I was missing.
— James

Lauren and the group, including every single person there, changed my life for the better. Finally, after years of researching and reading and doing various classes and coaching, it clicked!! I am making the changes now instead of just reading about what to do. Lauren‘s thoughtfulness and empathy radiated through the screen and was crucial for letting yourself be vulnerable. Definitely recommend doing the work with Lauren!! I‘ll be forever grateful.
— Nadja
It’s the first time I’m taking part in a class that speaks so directly to these most vulnerable parts of me, and it felt so good to talk about them and get help to cope with the challenges of living with them. Lauren was an amazing facilitator and teacher, full of compassion and knowledge. There was loads of useful information, it was very well structured, and it has given me a much better understanding of myself and the paths I can take to strengthen my authenticity and sense of worth, which I’ve always struggled with. I felt heard and understood. Thank you so much Lauren.

Past Participant Testimonials

The sessions were extremely helpful along my healing journey and the holding space for others was a good lesson in patience and understanding that everyone is doing their own work along their own timelines. I feel pretty strong and grounded navigating some difficult life circumstances at the moment, so a big thank you for your help and guidance in this process. I practice a lot of what you taught daily now, so it’s making a big difference for me.
— Jeff

Thanks again! I think that talking about these ideas is itself a 2 degree change toward more responsible, empowered living. I appreciate your contribution to my life and wish the best for you and your work!
— Crystal
Thank you, Lauren, for a great class. Each weekly topic was very relevant, the exercises and homework were relevant, and overall the class was informative and helpful. You should write a book! I’d love to see a follow-up class - what healing from codependency looks like - the next steps along the journey. I would even consider taking this class again!
— Sally

I enjoyed the presentations each week along with the action steps to practice throughout the week and beyond. You have given me a variety of useful tools to help me focus, gain clarity, and process my feelings around codependency. Thank you, Lauren.
— Janet
I attended live all sessions and it was the best way to take part, the atmosphere always felt very welcoming! Having the recordings to return back to it is really nice too :) I have learned a great deal, not only about codependency, but also about myself, and importantly, that I’m not as alone as it sometimes feels. Thank you, Lauren, for all you do! It really does make a difference.
— Kristina
As I worked through each section, I felt immediate relief from a lifetime of coping strategies that did not serve me—I was finally able to see what the healthy alternatives were, and feel empowered to use them with compassion and curiosity towards myself—for what felt like the first time! I finally have the tools I need to take care of me—and “Little Me” too! :)

I love the Spotify playlist—I have rarely ever felt that calm or focused. I had no idea how anxious I was until those tracks calmed me down so much.
You were so kind and thoughtful in your responses to shares and group discussions. I felt like you really heard everyone that shared, myself included, and that you truly cared for each of us.
Your support was profound, and my life is changed for the better because of it. Thank you, Lauren!
— Hannah
I liked the blending of somatic exercises with education and discussion. Nice balance, great content. I also appreciated the Instructor’s gentle care and handling of participants, especially as they expressed vulnerabilities. The recorded group sessions were helpful to replay and absorb the content as needed. I also liked the recorded audios for meditations and grounding exercises as well as the handouts and book references.
— Stacy
This group was very supportive and helpful for the participants. People in the group were open & honest & vulnerable. Lauren did an excellent job of organizing the sessions and providing useful information and helpful feedback. She is also very compassionate, and that was great for everyone! Thank you!
— Ellen

This group was incredibly helpful, and I look forward to continuing to use the tools provided on a daily basis. I am grateful for every attendee and their courage to be vulnerable and share their personal stories. It helped me feel connected and engaged on the topic and supported on my journey. Thank you so much!
— Sam

Lauren, I think you are an excellent facilitator. You are caring and compassionate. You were very sensitive to everyone having a voice and being heard.

Lauren is wonderful! Her calm and comforting demeanor is like a warm blanket. She is not afraid to share her own struggles and show her vulnerability. She understands what I am going through and completely relates. I have already learned so much and plan on continuing with Lauren. I am excited for the future and the prospect of living a happier life. Thanks Lauren!
— Carol
I saw that Lauren offered a 6-week group coaching program with the topics of codependency, inner child work, boundaries, people pleasing, and interdependence. Not only does she discuss these topics thoroughly, but she also includes demonstrating an EFT exercise, mindful exercises, and somatic exercises. While these are not easy topics, Lauren presents them in an in-depth way with solutions. Throughout the whole group experience, Lauren was incredibly supportive and she promptly replied to my concerns. In the group coaching sessions, Lauren gives particularly good, and complete information, if you take her group coaching, you can come out in the end with the knowledge to help you go forward in your life to take care of yourself and your needs. Lauren freely shared her own experience, working through these very issues, which helps her convey empathy and warmth to others who are also dealing with these difficult issues.
— Gretchen

I loved the group sessions as an introduction to codependency and working through issues with how I relate to other people. It was empowering and informative. It also helped me identify areas in my life where I am feeling stuck or need additional work to keep moving. Very grateful!
— Maya

Lauren is a caring and compassionate therapist. She made the group a safe space for participants s to share. She provided tools, information, and exercises that are empowering in my personal growth journey. Thank you for offering this coaching!
— Christine
I would highly recommend joining a group session with Lauren! I admit I was a little hesitant to join a group and be on video, however I was pleasantly surprised to find that being on video really allowed us all to connect and support each other and wasn’t as nerve-racking as I had anticipated. Lauren is wonderful! She is very caring, listens to the needs of the group, and has a wealth of knowledge! She is very easy to connect with!
— Sara

I didn’t know what to expect going into this, but there’s something inspiring and comfortable about being surrounded by people who want to be better (in all the ways that can mean). The practical tools and information are just a bonus.
— Jill

Feeling stuck in life’s valleys? Nothing seems to be going right? Take the jump and dive into Lauren’s Codependency Group Coaching. Best decision I could have ever made in my healing journey. Growing up in a broken home full of dysfunction, there was so much to unlearn. These past 6 weeks allowed me to dive in and start change my negative thoughts and gain control of my inner critic. I was able to reconnect with my inner child and let her know she’s safe and better yet, I was able to give her the appreciation she always deserved. Working on validating myself and not looking for outside validation was incredibly helpful. I know it doesn’t happen over night, but this was a wonderful addition to my journey. Forever grateful for this opportunity!
— Jessica

This is a great program for learning with and from other people working through codependency. I thoroughly enjoyed Lauren’s mix of compassion and expertise.
— L.M.
Lauren is passionate and enthusiastic about the topics and facilitates with openness and care. She allows the vulnerable to feel strong(er) and that each person has a voice / opinion. You truly feel the journey of becoming more authentic and self empowering.
— Adam
I am so glad I decided to join Lauren’s group coaching program. I have participated in several of her webinars and follow her Instagram. The content during the coaching program never felt redundant. I learned many additional tools like great somatic practices that I’d never tried before. The friendly and supportive atmosphere of the group setting really made me feel empowered after each session. I also felt less alone, and that the things I struggle with, others struggle with too. That it’s a constant journey, but there is a community of like minded people out there who experience things the way I do. Thank you, Lauren!
— Ariana

Lauren is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and real. I loved her group coaching program and will find time to do it again soon. I got many tools, worked through problems and thought patterns, and had great support in the group.
— Jennifer

Lauren provided a wonderful atmosphere to learn and grow while presenting tough subjects. The class and what I learned there will be valuable all my life and has encouraged me to try new things.
— Thea
Highly recommend this program to my fellow perfectionists and people pleasers! I learned a lot of tools that I’ve already been able to implement in my own life, and the group setting enriched the experience. I loved being able to learn from both Lauren and fellow participants.
— Kristen

I am so glad that this opportunity arose and I acted on reaching out. I was hesitant at first, but it has been one of the best decisions to join this group and find people that are similar even if we all had different stories. The group coaching was a great way to feel heard and find community.
